Bryan E. Hopkins is Special Counsel to the law firm of Lee & Ko in Seoul, Korea.  He was formerly the general counsel of Samsung Electronics America and has counseled multinational companies and subsidiaries throughout the world on managing and mitigating legal risk.  He was also a professor of law at Sejong University in Seoul, Korea where he lectured on risk management, international law and negotiations.
